All content, including service descriptions, logos, and website materials, is the intellectual property of Hr Home Tidying Services. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access our information for the purpose of booking and managing cleaning appointments.
- Users shall not provide inaccurate or fraudulent information regarding the size, condition, or type of property being serviced (e.g., misrepresenting a deep clean as a standard clean).
- Users are prohibited from using our service to solicit the solo provider for private employment outside of the official Hr Home Tidying Services booking channels.
- Users may not use the website or service to transmit any malicious software, or engage in any activity that disrupts the provision of cleaning services to other clients.
3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All cleaning services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While Hr Home Tidying Services strives for the highest quality of cleanliness, we do not warrant that the services will meet every subjective expectation of the client. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hr Home Tidying Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage not reported within 24 hours of service completion.
4. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact Information
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hr Home Tidying Services operates. Any legal action or disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the local courts of said jurisdiction.
